Stars, Plot, Twists and Everything Else

An action-adventure filled movie with a dark twist of the classic fairytale story, Kristen Stewart gets the role of Snow White who is the stepdaughter of the evil queen, Ravenna played by Charlize Theron, whose power is her beauty. With the sound of battles and many lives lost, several European kingdoms fell into Queen Ravenna’s hands. The cause of despair, the queen also plans to conquer the Kingdom of England.

As the queen asked who the fairest is, the Magic Mirror answered that the queen is, but there is another who is destined to surpass her from being the “fairest of them all” and become the kingdom’s successor who is Snow White, the woman known to have lips red as blood, hair black as night, and skin white as snow. You know, the usual lines according to the classic.

So to stop her stepdaughter from threatening her reign and power, she must consume Snow White’s heart and she shall live forever. However, Snow White was fortunately able to escape from her wicked stepmother, who confined her in a tower for years, into the Dark Forest and so Queen Ravenna sends a huntsman, Eric, played by Chris Hemsworth, who does not fear the dark force to hunt the young princess down.

As Eric, who was threatened to be killed if he refuses to take the order of the queen, found Snow White, he took pity on her and thus, taught and trained her to fight in the art of war for the battle waiting ahead of them against Queen Ravenna. While Snow White remained to be innocent, gentle and affectionate with her original character description, her identity is winded up as she becomes a tough, physical warrior princess at the second half of the movie.

Eric became an ally, instead of consuming her heart, and together with the famous participation of the dwarves, knights, and the handsome Prince William, who fell under Snow White’s spell, they created a revolution and fought to free their kingdom and heal the land ravaged by Queen Ravenna.

Conclusion

Snow White and the Huntsman is definitely a must see movie not only because of its great update and twist of the classic fairytale, where Snow White became more of a fighter than the victim, but it is also a star-studded film with the famous Bella of Twilight Saga, Kirsten Stewart, the well-known actor who lead the movie Thor, Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Sam Claflin and more.

It's summer once again, and all of us are aware of how hot the weather had been, even before summer has started. I am sure so many parents would opt to go on a vacation some place where the weather is cool and have fun for the duration of their stay. What with the kids to think about, how they will enjoy summer, and what fun things they can do. If kids are older, then they can opt to go places which are more challenging. Perhaps engage in sporty activities while on vacation, learn a new sport or develop tallents and skills. For adults, a trip to the nearest bar or shopping would be in the itinerary, or some water sport activities, beach or island hopping. But as for me, I would very gladly try out things that I have never done. Maybe this summer, I should go out of playing at OnlineBingo.com and join my relatives in playing bingo at the park, or bingo at the church. It's some sort of a fund raising that helps many unfortunate people, especially those who have suffered from Sendong last December 2011.

Oh well, bingo had been a childhood past time at the old community we lived in. It is in fact, the only childhood game that has taught me to read and spell words-- well, just one word, and that is B I N G O, lol. At the same time, it has taught me how to play fairly. I used to imagine that the shapes formed were great structures of some sort. And sometimes, my imagination would really be as crazy as some shapes and images that needed to be formed to get a bingo.. I love the fact that there is free snacks in between sets, and that I get to win stuff that I adore. So, yeah, a couple of rounds of bingo will surely make a wonderful summer for me..

There are many reasons why you should donate to charity. These may include being able to help and care for other people or supporting and promoting a cause about which you are passionate. You may also give to charity because you want to feel happy and altruistic about reaching out to and helping others. If you want to make a difference in your community and the world at large or to give back to society you may also support charities. Honoring the memory of a family member or loved one who has passed on is another popular reason to support and donate to charity. Due to the financial crisis, resources have become limited. However, with the many charities and non-profits competing for your money and other resources, it can sometimes be confusing and a hassle to decide on the charities you should support. To help you to successfully and significantly donate to a charity of your choice, here are ten tips that you should consider.

1. Figure Out What You Care About

These are Spanish Bread and Sugar Cookies that can only be found in Sari-sari stores in far flung areas in the country. Sure, they may be nameless or tag-less or brand-less but they do have a name. The producers or manufacturers may not have been keen as to developing their labels or branding because their target market are those Sari sari stores. But would you believe that the one who gave this bunch to my aunt was a classmate of hers whose life was fully blessed because of this food business???.. And mind you, they do not taste bad. Not at all.. As a matter of fact, they are yummy!
